Travel distances that go beyond the distance included in the package, are charged at 1.20 francs per kilometer. the Travel distance is determined with Google Maps and is the distance from our office in Basel to your wedding location by car.

Question: How long does it take until the wedding photos and the wedding video are ready?
Answer: We guarantee that you will receive the photos and the video within four Weeks from the wedding date.
Question: When does the photographer's fee have to be paid?
Answer: 50% of the fee is before Wedding date and due 14 days after signing the contract and corresponds to the appointment reservation fee. The remaining amount is due until the handover.
Question: I would like to rent your photo box for our wedding. Will this be delivered directly by the photographer or will it have to be picked up yourself.
Answer: The photo box can be transported and set up by the photographer. However, you are also welcome to do this yourself. The photo box comes with a simple installation description. The photo box is ready for use in approx. 5-10 minutes.
